On June 7, 2017, the Preparatory Committee announced that further delays are expected until we can see a start of the new European court system (The Unified Patent Court) and the Unitary Patent. As explained here, the reason therefore is that there has been a delay in some national legal procedures required to initiate the system. A revised timetable will be published on the website soon.
