Kasper Öberg

Kasper has been working at Brann since 2014. Before joining Brann, he worked as a patent attorney at an IP law firm in Copenhagen. In addition to working with patents and designs, Kasper is the office manager of our Malmö office.

With great skill and efficiency Kasper writes and handles patent applications within a broad spectrum of technical fields, thanks to deep knowledge in IT, mechanics, and physics. He has successfully represented clients in opposition procedures at the European Patent Office and has significant experience in patent litigation, such as infringement and invalidity disputes, both nationally and internationally.

Kasper has great organizational skills and is used to prosecute large patent portfolios. He is curious about technology and the people behind it and seek to accumulate new knowledge and skills relevant for his clients.

Kasper is very much liked by clients as well as colleagues thanks to his openness and for valuing honest and straight forward communication. He is also a team player and an appreciated leader.

When he is not at the office, he prefers travelling with his family; to the Alps during winter and the Mediterranean in the summertime. He runs long distances as often as he can and is a rather good competitive shooter.
