Tomas started working for Brann in 1999, and became partner in 2002. Since 2020 he has been in charge of the attorneys at law at our office in Stockholm.
Tomas has vast experience from the field of intellectual property with specific focus on matters involving trademarks and domain names. Tomas advises clients on disputes, brand protection, strategy, clearance, prosecution and enforcement.
With solid expertise he regularly represents clients in opposition, cancellation and appeal proceedings before the EUIPO and national authorities in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
Tomas works strategically and energetically with big trademark portfolios as well as small companies and he is a very coveted advisor.
In addition to his driving force and deep legal competence he is the funny and caring colleague who sets up music quizzes and fun activities for after work gatherings and always makes sure the people around him thrives.
When not working with IP related matters, Tomas enjoys spending time with his family skiing. He also tasting wine from all around the globe.
