Niklas has worked as a patent attorney at Brann since 2003 and has extensive experience in intellectual property, with a particular focus on patent law in the fields of mechanics and industrial technology.

Niklas drafts and prosecutes patent applications in Sweden, before the European Patent Office and internationally, and has extensive experience managing large international patent portfolios. He has also represented clients in patent disputes before the Swedish Patent and Market Court and the Patent and Market Court of Appeal.
