Niclas has extensive experience in intellectual property and has worked at Brann since 2016. Previously, he worked as a patent attorney and adviser, as a patent examiner at the Swedish Intellectual Property Office (PRV), and as a technical consultant in telecommunications in Sweden and internationally.

His experience from private practice, patent examination and technical consulting has given Niclas a broad understanding of the patent process. He works with identifying and developing intellectual property rights and prosecuting them through to grant, and advises clients on intellectual property matters, including in connection with business development, technology development and entry into new markets.

Niclas works closely with his clients and places great importance on understanding their businesses and needs. He takes a proactive and process-oriented approach, focusing on identifying appropriate actions at the right stage and creating a clear and efficient process for the client's intellectual property work.
