Ann has extensive experience in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark law. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with clients in sectors including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and wines and spirits, advising companies on both Swedish and international trademark rights.

Ann advises on agreements and the management of global trademark portfolios and represents clients in matters concerning the protection and enforcement of their rights. A significant part of her work involves start-ups and growth companies, helping them identify, protect and develop their intellectual assets.

Ann also regularly lectures on trademark law and intellectual property law for companies, entrepreneurs and other participants in the innovation ecosystem.
