Gustaf has worked at Brann since 1996 and has extensive experience of patent law, primarily in chemistry-related technical fields but also in mechanics.

He works across the entire patent process, from assessing new ideas and drafting and prosecuting patent applications to defending granted patents and managing large patent portfolios. Gustaf also conducts novelty searches and freedom-to-operate analyses and has particular experience of supplementary protection certificates for medicinal products and plant protection products (SPC).

In his work, Gustaf places great importance on providing clients with clear guidance and recommendations and on adapting the work to the client's preferences.
