Tomas has worked at Brann since 1999 and has extensive experience in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademarks and domain names.

Tomas advises clients on disputes, registration, availability, negotiations, strategies and commercialisation. He works with both large international trademark portfolios and smaller portfolios, helping clients develop and manage their rights in line with the needs of their business.

He regularly represents clients before the EUIPO and national authorities in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland in matters including oppositions, revocation and appeals.
